The Commons
The Commons is 134 townhome units with 24 buildings next to a master planned trail. The community includes a park and internal open space.
DR Horton hired Focus Engineering & Surveying to complete the boundary topography survey, civil engineering and construction staking for the project. Focus Engineering & Surveying completed the backbone infrastructure for the surrounding roadways and was a natural fit for the engineering and surveying work of this project. With a variety of building designs from 3-plex to 11-plex buildings the site layout and detailed grading presented challenges that had to be thought thru to create a walkable community.
